Leveraging the power of natural language modeling, Project G reduces the time it takes for customers to obtain information and transforms the fleet data analysis process into a simple and intuitive experience.
Geotab details on its official website that users now have an analytical digital assistant to ask questions through a chat interface to receive immediate data-driven information.
From vehicle performance to fuel economy comparisons, usage, cost savings and more, Project G offers comprehensive and digestible information with ease.
This new Generative AI model is based on privacy by design principles and keeps all customer telematics data within the Geotab environment, without sharing it with other models.
Leading Innovation
On this new tool, Ivan Lequerica, VP South and West Europe at Geotab, noted that they are taking a big step in demonstrating the impact of Generative AI on the connected transportation landscape.
“We have long been recognized by our customers and partners as a leader in artificial intelligence and machine learning models in the mobility industry. This extensive experience gives us a unique opportunity to analyze large amounts of data coming from fleets, identify patterns and generate recommendations to optimize efficiency and operational performance,” he explained.
Notably, Geotab has a strong track record of innovation in AI and is leveraging this expertise with its customers through this beta project.
