Evergo and British Motors announced a strategic alliance to boost the adoption of plug-in electric vehicles in the Dominican Republic.
British Motors will provide its new electric model users with personalized welcome kits by Evergo. These include exclusive RFID cards for the MG and MAXUS brands, along with essential information on how to use Evergo’s charging stations.
They will also implement as a QR code to access the Evergo App, which offers functionalities such as charger reservation and free access to a modern, digitized ecosystem of services.

Roberto Herrera, CEO of Evergo Holdings, highlighted that the great offer available to British Motors customers.
“We provide a complete and personalized freight experience. More and more companies are betting on a sustainable world through electric mobility,” he said.
“This is no longer the future, but the present, and with this alliance we are providing a unique solution and facilitating the way for society to adopt environmentally responsible consumption practices,” he said.

For his part, Eduardo Pellerano, Operating Vice President of British Motors, said that electromobility is fundamental for the future of the automotive industry.
“This alliance with Evergo allows us to provide high quality charging solutions to our customers and contribute to the growth of electric vehicles in the country,” he said.
As part of the agreement, Evergo will develop a customized charging experience on its mobile app, providing British Motors customers with a visually appealing and functional interface that will reflect the identity of both brands.
In addition, British Motors will include high quality Wallbox branded residential chargers in the package for end customers, making it easier to charge electric vehicles from the comfort of their home or workplace.
