María Camila Eusse, Retail and Customer Experience Manager at Celsia, along with Luis Felipe Vélez, Commercial Leader, represented the company at Latam Mobility Colombia 2024, bringing news for the second consecutive year.
“From our perspective, we have been leaders in implementing charging solutions for last-mile vehicles, contributing to the decontamination of our cities. We have installed over 5,000 chargers in the residential sector, facilitating the transition to the use of electric vehicles,” Eusse said.
Over the years, Celsia has worked diligently to understand the needs of customers and the market, using information that allows for adapting solutions to the specific demands that arise in the development of mobility infrastructure.
New Product: Exclusive Launch by Celsia
The new product, Celsia Dual Smart, features national engineering and labor, offering immediate availability with continuous support for all Celsia customer needs.
This new charger is made of metal and tempered glass, features configurable hoses and power, and technologies that allow it to connect to any monitoring platform.
It is intended for public use, perfect for common areas in residential complexes, shopping centers, and universities.
“This Celsia Dual Smart charger is a novelty. We worked on its development for a year, and it is designed for the Colombian electrical system, taking into account market needs and the types of vehicles in circulation,” said Luis Felipe Vélez.
“The most interesting aspect is that the development allows the end customer to pay for the charge via an app. With this and other initiatives, we promote the electrification of transport to reduce air pollution and contribute to the energy transition,” he continued.
Celsia’s Response to Challenges
One of the major challenges in the electric mobility sector has always been the charging infrastructure. The recurring question is whether vehicles or infrastructure should be developed first. Celsia responds: “We need the participation of more players to strengthen the charging network. Today, with the launch of our new product, we are offering a locally manufactured solution in partnership with Celsia, guaranteeing comprehensive support, service, and spare parts.”
