Enel X has taken another step to continue expanding electromobility in Chile and the region. In partnership with Bodegas San Francisco, the company inaugurated a new charging hub in the Pudahuel commune.
The electrostation is located at the Vespucio Logistics Center and is designed to serve electric freight vehicles already operating in the country. According to local press, the hub offers seven charging points, with charging times varying between 30 and 150 minutes.
The facilities are designed to provide service to different electric freight vehicles already circulating in Chilean territory.

The electrostation has four chargers, including: 1 WayPump of 150 kW (GBT standard); 1 WayPump of 150 kW (CCS2 standard); 1 WayPump of 60 kW (CCS2 + CHAdeMO); 1 WayBox of 22 kW. The GBT connection focuses on the commercial sector, allowing for faster charging for electric trucks.
John Novoa, divisional manager of Hyundai Trucks & Buses, expressed his motivation for electromobility to continue growing in Chile.
“The inauguration of this charging center allows more users to join sustainable freight transport, and at Hyundai Trucks & Buses we want to continue being part of projects that bring electric mobility closer to people,” he said.
The company was present at the inauguration of the electrostation with its Zedo 300EV Refrigerated.
