BBVA Mexico and the Chinese automotive company Geely have established Geely Financial Services, which provides financing of approximately 4 billion pesos for the manufacturer.
The goal is to facilitate the issuance of around 18,000 auto loans for 2024, where the bank will become the sole financial partner associated with the brand, enabling the acquisition of up to 60% of all loans granted by the distributor.
Through a launch program, the financial institution will offer the possibility to finance up to 90% of the value of the units, with additional benefits such as the elimination of the 0% opening commission and an attractive interest rate, starting at 8.11%.

BBVA Mexico in favor of sustainable mobility
The automotive company aims to close the year with the sale of 3,000 units. With the support of BBVA Mexico, it anticipates continued growth through a robust strategy and commercial plan, focusing on immediate delivery.
This will be achieved through the strategic opening of agencies in key locations across the country, contributing to the strengthening of its market presence.
This collaboration will be part of Geely Auto’s expansion plan, a company that aims to open 100 sales points for the distribution of its Geely Coolray 2024 and Geely Geometry C 2024 models by 2025.
Thanks to this partnership, consumers will be able to acquire these units with a 10% down payment, making access to these vehicles easier.
