Chevrolet has “Connect Your Future” as part of its regional social responsibility strategy focused on the technical training of youth in various areas related to electromobility.
Implemented in Colombia, Brazil, and Ecuador, it offers the opportunity to delve into the world of the automotive industry through educational programs in collaboration with the Chevrolet Network.
“The ‘Connect Your Future’ program represents a significant step towards empowering the new generations and strengthening the automotive industry,” said Santiago Ángel, Director of Government Relations and Communications at General Motors.

“At General Motors, we are committed not only to technical training but also to the comprehensive development of youth, providing them with the necessary tools to thrive in an ever-evolving job market,” he continued.
Chevrolet’s Connect Your Future
The program is structured around three fundamental elements: first, specialized technical training focused on electric vehicles like the Chevrolet Bolt EUV, as well as the installation and maintenance of chargers, known as “charging stations.”
Second, soft skills training, including interview preparation, teamwork, public communication skills, and personal development. Finally, practical visits to General Motors facilities and Chevrolet dealerships.
