The Ministry of Energy of Chile, together with the Energy Sustainability Agency (AgenciaSE), invites the community to be part of the Electromobility Agreement 2025, an initiative that brings together companies and institutions committed to the transition towards more sustainable and efficient transportation in Chile.
In December 2017, as part of the first National Electromobility Strategy, the first version of the Public-Private Electromobility Agreement (AEM) was launched, aiming to create a platform where different institutions can showcase their initiatives and advance in a collaborative and coordinated manner.
With the participation of more than 100 institutions, which have been part of one or more versions of the AEM until 2024, the Agency ensures that concrete progress has been identified in the supply of electric vehicles.
Additionally, they highlight the availability of charging stations for electric vehicles, research projects in the field of electromobility, the development of human capital, and the promotion of electric mobility and information for the development of public policies.
The EM Agreement has been a space for different stakeholders to promote collaboration and coordinate efforts to drive the development of electromobility in Chile.
