Ahead of a 2022 Debut: Chevrolet Provides More Details on Electric Silverado

As part of the company’s plans to have vehicle models by 2030, General Motors has offered new details of the electric Chevrolet Silverado that will debut in early 2022.

One of the great news announced is that the pick-up will include all-wheel steering, providing a tighter turning radius at low speeds, as well as better grip and stability when driving it at high speeds, regardless the scenarios it has to face.

Through a teaser, the manufacturer detailed that the vehicle will have 24-inch wheels, a feature that combined with the aforementioned facts, reveals that despite having a large size, it will be able to turn in fairly tight circles without major problems.

Another new feature will be the fixed glass roof, an element that will improve the visibility and experience of front and rear passengers.

Previously, Chevrolet announced that the pickup would offer about 643 kilometers (400 miles) of autonomy.

It should be noted that the pick-up has been designed from the ground up and will be powered by the Ultium platform, an electric solution that combines the best between speed and the zero-emission universe.
