To continue its contribution to electromobility, the company announced the opening of its new Autel Energy Innovation Center in Anaheim, California.
The complex will serve as a research and development campus where original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and business partners will be able to test the integration of third-party products with Autel Energy hardware and software.
This facility is intended to ensure high standards of performance and quality before new products enter the market.
Large Complex
Autel Energy details that the two-story, 9,424-square-foot facility is set to revolutionize the way new products are brought to market in terms of speed, efficiency and quality control.
The organization is committed to the success of its partners and the electric vehicle (EV) industry both in the United States and abroad.
In that regard, company president Frank Li expressed his pride in the team’s efforts to bring this vision to life and highlighted the importance of the Innovation Center to the company’s West Coast operations.

The Autel Energy Innovation Center will be led by Shane Long, the company’s chief technology officer. Long will shape the center’s vision to meet the demands of the U.S. renewable energy industry.
The facility will provide a space to test product and vehicle integration, as well as evaluate the performance, feasibility and scalability of products under development.
Information and Training
According to Autel’s press release, the complex will feature an executive briefing center to showcase the company’s products and technology platforms, along with a training center for technical support engineers to learn about the latest product features.
Visiting partners will have the opportunity to explore Autel Energy’s hardware and software installations, while learning about service, safety and preventive maintenance.
The company aims to provide a seamless transition from the initial onboarding process to ongoing support of its products.
Students who complete courses at the center will also have the opportunity to earn certifications in the use and maintenance of Autel Energy products.
