Blink Charging Co, a global company in owning, operating, supplying and manufacturing electric vehicle (EV) charging equipment and services, teamed up with Create Energy to offer a pioneering end-to-end solution that combines energy storage, on-site generation and charging for EVs, ensuring on-demand grid resilience.
According to the release, this integrated system brings together Blink‘s advanced L2 and DCFC chargers with Create Energy‘s Nanogrid technology in a single, easy-to-deploy package.
Fully scalable, the system reduces operating costs, optimizes performance and promotes energy independence by managing peak demand and eliminating consumption charges.
“By integrating Create Energy’s Nanogrid systems into our EV charging portfolio, we offer a comprehensive approach that improves performance, increases resiliency and streamlines deployment at lower cost. This agreement enables both companies to commercialize the solution in their respective markets”

Energy Resilient Charging
Now, all Blink DCFC installations will be able to include Create Energy‘s Nanogrid systems, and every Nanogrid deployment will have the option to incorporate Blink chargers, providing a simplified power and charging solution that is easy to scale.
This system eliminates obstacles such as grid constraints, permitting delays and lack of electrical infrastructure, allowing access to locations previously considered unfeasible.
According to the release, Create Energy‘s technology has already proven its effectiveness in real-world projects, such as the installation of a solar rooftop at Nissan North America’s headquarters, which has been operational without interruption since its launch. Now, that same technology will be available to Blink customers.
This new offering strengthens Blink‘s ability to compete in key infrastructure programs, such as the UK’s Low Emission Vehicle Infrastructure (LEVI) initiative, by reducing grid impact and improving project scoring.
The launch will begin in the U.S., with plans to expand across Blink’s global markets.
“Together, we not only create a comprehensive ecosystem, but strengthen our innovative vision. This collaboration puts Nanogrid technology within reach of Blink customers, powering a more resilient energy future – let’s make change happen!”
Dean Solon, Founder and CEO of Create Energy
