As part of the XVII Bicycle Week, the District Secretariat of Mobility (SDM) of Bogota celebrated two important awards: the Bicycle Work Awards and the II Biennial of Micromobility Parking Lots.
The event brought together public entities, educational institutions, shopping malls, private companies, and public parking lots that were honored for their commitment to sustainable mobility in the city by leading activities that promote cycling and for providing safe and quality parking in Bogota.
The Bicycle Work Awards are carried out in coordination with the District Secretariat of Mobility, the District Secretariat of Environment, and the District Institute of Recreation and Sports, in compliance with Agreement 660 of 2016, and exclusively recognize district public entities that promote sustainable commuting to work among their collaborators.

The winning entities were: the Administrative Department of the District Civil Service, the District Institute of Recreation and Sports, and the District Secretariat of Mobility.
Other Honors
The II Biennial of Micromobility Parking Lots awarded a total of 7 categories.
TransMilenio for the intermodality category, Atlantis Shopping Mall in the Shopping Malls category, and the Ministry of Finance in the National and Territorial Entities category, among others.
Likewise, organizations such as the Paseo Villa del Río Shopping Center, Centro Mayor, and the University of Los Andes received special mentions for offering greater capacity of micro-mobility parking spaces in their facilities.
Finally, the Urban Development Institute (IDU), the Bicycle Sharing System operated by Tembici, and the Bogotá Metro received special mentions for their public space furniture.
