Mexico City inaugurated line 3 of the Cablebus that connects the Los Pinos Cultural Center with the Vasco de Quiroga area located in the town of Santa Fe, which will transport 36,000 people per day.
According to PV Magazine Mexico, the new aerial public transportation line will run through six stations in what is already considered the largest urban forest in any city in the world, the Chapultepec Forest.
It starts at Los Pinos-Constituyentes station and will reach its end point in the Vasco de Quiroga area in Santa Fe. The trip will take 21 minutes and will cost 7 pesos per trip.

Authorities Present
The inauguration of the new Cablebus line was held in parallel to the inauguration of the Fourth Section of Chapultepec Forest and will fly over the area known as “Chapultepec: Nature and Culture.”
Present during the inauguration were President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, President-elect Claudia Sheinbaum, Chief of Government Martí Batres, and CDMX Chief of Government-elect Clara Brugada.
With the new Cablebus line, Mexico City will have a total of 25.15 kilometers of aerial route adding lines one and two of this aerial public transportation system.
