Enel X and vehicle manufacturer OMODA signed an agreement in Chile that gives former and future customers of the automotive brand the opportunity to access the broad portfolio of products and services that Enel X offers in the area of electromobility.
According to a press release, the initiative offers advantages that translate into discounts, installations, training, technical support and highly personalized attention from Enel X professionals.
In this sense, Enel X becomes OMODA’s electric charging partner, allowing the automotive company to increase the benefits associated with the purchase experience of its electric vehicles, which have been positioned with great success in the world.

Thanks to the scope of this alliance, OMODA customers in Chile will be able to purchase electric chargers at preferential prices plus a series of devices and accessories that are part of Enel X’s offer in the area of electromobility since the arrival of the brand’s first 100% electric SUV, the OMODA E5, in mid-August.
“As a result of this commercial agreement between the two companies, OMODA customers will be able to install one of Enel X’s sophisticated electric chargers in their homes, with installation and advice from the company’s specialists, at very convenient prices,” the press release details.
The discounts will also apply to charging cables, emergency chargers and the entire range of products in the Enel X portfolio.
In addition, OMODA customers who purchase one of Enel X’s electric chargers will receive a welcome kit with a promotional code, equivalent to free charges for 250 KWh and an RFID card that facilitates the energy supply process in public chargers.

Strengthening ties
Jean Paul Zalaquett, Enel X’s Electric Mobility Manager, highlighted the advantages achieved with agreements such as the one reached between the two companies.
“To continue promoting electromobility in our country, which currently positions us so well, transforming us into a relevant player in the international field in terms of cleaner and more sustainable transportation,” he said.
He emphasized that the agreement reached with the prestigious OMODA brand, strengthens the transition towards electromobility that is advancing rapidly and every day with more participants.
“We are encouraged that OMODA customers can now access our product offering. We are sure that they will appreciate the service and expertise of our electromobility specialists,” said Zalaquett.
Renato Rivas, Development Director (DND) of OMODA, assured that they are committed to promoting and massifying the sale of electrified vehicles in all the countries where they have operations.
“This agreement is one of the actions that we will carry out in Chile to fulfill our purpose. In addition to incorporating zero and low-emission versions of each model we launch, we also seek to make life easier for users by offering the installation of chargers at our customers’ homes at very competitive prices, special financing conditions and all the experience that Enel X provides in the process,” he explained.
Enel X’s electric charging devices have a 2-year warranty in case the charger presents a failure not attributable to the customer. The residential installation of the chargers will be provided with advice and training both in the process before and after the sale of the item.
