Through an official press release, Enerlink informed that it secured an injection of US$3.6 million with the purpose of boosting the company’s growth in Chile, reinforcing the technological development and global expansion teams.
All this has been possible thanks to the support of Kayyak Ventures and VX Ventures, with the aim of expanding the range of digital solutions aimed at the management of charging stations and fleets of electric vehicles, figuring as a fundamental step on the road to a more sustainable economy.
To this end, Sebastián Luque, Alberto Cárdenas and José Ignacio Dussaillant, Enerlink’s founders, have a strategy based on two pillars: first, to leverage existing technology to create new applications that address diverse needs, and second, to expand the presence of this technology to a greater number of countries, with an emphasis on establishing strategic partnerships with local players.

“Enerlink’s success has been in developing technology based on the real needs of our customers. Thanks to this, today we are leaders in software solutions for the verticals we work in. We have already taken the step to Colombia and Peru, and this year we are going to launch our operation in Mexico”, assures Sebastián Luque, CEO of Enerlink.
Enerlink: Quality Experience
Capitalizing on the experience accumulated in Chile, considered the leading electromobility market in the continent, Enerlink has set out to expand regionally, where it supports its vision through its solid work.
So far, the organization is behind projects for major brands such as Walmart, Colbún, Kaufmann, Greystar, Eurocorp and electric bus fleet operators Red (Santiago) and Transmilenio (Bogotá).
It also has Charge Management Software, a program designed to intelligently manage the charging of electric cars, together with Smart Metering Software, which connects to smart meters for retarification and energy efficiency.
On the other hand, the company currently operates in Peru and manages more than 300 electric buses that are part of the public transportation system of Bogota, Colombia, through its platform. The next step will be Mexico, where it will start operations in October.
“The energy transition and the transition to electric mobility require solutions that use technology to facilitate the daily lives of users, to reduce costs and risks, and to uncover added value for the different stakeholders. What drives us as a team is to develop the best technology to accelerate these changes that the world needs,” says Luque.
