Brands in the automotive sector have a common goal: to be leaders in the electric sector in the future, because over the years it will be necessary to reduce carbon emissions considerably.
However, the battle will not be easy, especially with Tesla as a pioneer in this sector for some time.
One of the many brands planning to make a determined foray into pioneering electrification is Jeep, owned by the Stellantis Group, and to that end, it has unveiled a strategic plan that will allow it to be a leader in the SUV section.

Jeep’s U.S. Plan
Through the inclusion of four SUV models, Jeep plans to become an industry benchmark. By the end of 2025, these vehicles are expected to reach the U.S. and European markets.
In addition, 50% of the sales made by the brand the Stellantis Group in U.S. territory will come from electrified vehicles by 2030, as part of the long-term sustainable strategic plan.

One of Jeep’s first electric models in the U.S. is the Jeep Recon, offered exclusively as a BEV and poised to enhance the following:
Jeep Selec-Terrain traction management system, e-locker axle technology, underbody protection, tow hooks, aggressive off-road tires, one-touch power roof, removable doors and windows, plus a state-of-the-art Uconnect system that includes detailed travel guides to top off-road trails.
