Growth of Electric Mobility in Colombia
The country has seen a significant surge in the adoption of electric and electrified vehicles in recent months.
According to data from ANDI and Fenalco, electric vehicle registrations in Colombia increased by more than 100% at the start of 2026, with growth reaching as high as 129% in February. This trend has solidified Bogotá, Medellín, and Cali as leading cities in charging infrastructure and sustainable mobility strategies.
This growth has been driven by a supportive regulatory framework, including tax incentives, exemptions, and co-financing programs, along with the expansion of fast and ultra-fast charging infrastructure, allowing vehicles to charge up to 80% in under 30 minutes.

A Meeting Ground for Industry and Public Sector
“Latam Mobility Colombia 2026” will bring together more than 1,000 participants, including transport authorities, mayors, governors, EV manufacturers, logistics operators, and international consultants.
Its main objective is to foster knowledge exchange, analyze sustainable mobility policies, and define strategies to accelerate the transition toward clean and efficient transportation in Colombia and across the region.
Key topics will include governance and mobility, B2B charging infrastructure, the regional automotive ecosystem, zero-emission mobility transitions, last-mile logistics, heavy-duty transport, and multi-energy solutions.
Panels and keynote sessions will focus on investment opportunities, technological innovation, and public-private collaboration.

Technological Innovation and Smart Cities
The event will feature an exhibition area showcasing cutting-edge technological solutions, including next-generation electric vehicles, micromobility systems, and connected fleet technologies.
It will also highlight the importance of smart cities, real-time data management, charging system interoperability, and battery safety and certification, ensuring that the transition is both safe and scalable.
A key focus will be the electrification of public and private fleets, including electric buses, light- and heavy-duty transport, as well as route optimization through artificial intelligence and telematics.
Procurement models, financing structures, and ROI metrics will be discussed to promote large-scale EV adoption, improve logistics efficiency, and reduce carbon emissions.
The integration of electricity, biofuels, and green hydrogen will play a critical role in decarbonizing heavy transport, positioning Colombia as a regional benchmark in sustainable mobility solutions.

Event Agenda
“Latam Mobility Colombia 2026” will take place over two days, featuring opening sessions, thematic panels, and keynote presentations, complemented by networking opportunities and exhibition activities.
Topics will include public transport decarbonization, electrification technologies, logistics 360, connected mobility, smart cities, and data-driven urban planning.
The summit’s structure is designed to foster collaboration between the public and private sectors and promote the exchange of best practices in electric and low-emission mobility.
