With a presence in multiple countries and a planned expansion into new markets such as Paraguay, Uruguay, Puerto Rico and Spain, Evergo stands out as one of the most innovative charging networks in Latin America.
The company, together with the Universidad Iberoamericana (Unibe), located in Santo Domingo, Republica Dominicana, inaugurated three modern charging stations for electric vehicles on its university campus.
The initiative responds to the growing need for environmentally friendly and efficient solutions in a world increasingly focused on electric mobility.
Timely Installation
The new Evergo charging stations, strategically located in the campus parking area, not only align with Unibe’s sustainable vision, but also provide a response to community demands.
Roberto Herrera, Country Manager of InterEnergy Group, Evergo’s parent company, expressed his satisfaction in offering charging solutions while being able to drive crucial issues for the future of the planet among students.
“In doing so, we inspire future generations to embrace sustainability and strive for an ever better world,” he said.
College Vision
The project is part of Unibe‘s formative axis related to sustainability and quality of life. It also reflects the institution’s competence in proposing solutions that promote sustainability and environmental health.

The inauguration of these Evergo stations is part of the strategy of InterEnergy Group, its parent company, in its plan to contribute to decarbonization through the generation of clean energy and the promotion of electric mobility, through the largest and most sophisticated network of charging stations in the region.
