The Government of Jalisco announced that the tourist destination of Puerto Vallarta will soon have a new public transportation system, which will have a massive reach and will be environmentally friendly for the municipality, as it will implement an electromobility model, according to the authorities.
The Governor of Jalisco, Pablo Lemus Navarro, detailed that the new public transportation system of Puerto Vallarta will require an estimated investment of 897 million pesos and will mobilize approximately 20,000 users.
State authorities project a very favorable environmental impact for the tourist destination, since in addition to the fact that the new units will be completely electric, thus not resorting to fossil fuels, the massive capacities of the next transportation system will allow reducing the number of buses that currently circulate in this coastal municipality.
