The Puebla City Hall, Mexico, held the “Mobility and Road Safety Week”, in which students from Anáhuac Puebla participated.
The objective of the activity was to encourage sustainable mobility habits and behaviors and to promote harmonious coexistence among the different users of public roads.
The Mobility and Road Safety Week included various activities, including presentations by specialists who shared their experience and knowledge on urban mobility.
Authorities Attending the Week
Adán Domínguez Sánchez, Mayor of Puebla, presented the “Plan Puebla 2050” strategy, a long-term project aligned with the principles of sustainable development, with the active participation of all sectors.

The inauguration of the forum was also attended by Fernanda Huerta, Councilwoman President of the Infrastructure, Mobility and Public Services Commission; Edgar Vélez, Secretary of Mobility and Infrastructure; Rubí Vázquez, Undersecretary of Mobility and Road Safety; Daniel Tpia, Coordinator of IMPLAN and Marisa Farfán, Executive President of the Board of Directors of the Citizen Participation Councils.
The focus of Anáhuac Puebla is to work on building a more conscious and sustainable mobility culture in the state to achieve positive changes in society.
Latam Mobility in Mexico
After a successful start to the year in Monterrey, Latam Mobility, the largest sustainable mobility community in Latin America, closes 2024 in Mexico City.
There will be two days, on October 15 and 16, where industry leaders and private sector representatives will provide perspectives on mobility, electromobility, sustainability, among others.
