Sustainable mobility in sports events is the focus of a new partnership between Moovit and the ATP Tour, launched during the ATP Masters 1000 tournament in Rome (May 7–18, 2025). The pilot aimed to provide tennis fans with cleaner and smarter transportation options.
Moovit, the world-leading urban mobility app, is now offering fans personalized travel information through a dedicated ATP section on its app and website, available in 45 languages.
This platform integrated public transport schedules, bike-sharing services, taxis, and low-emission alternatives to facilitate easy and sustainable access to the Internazionali BNL d’Italia.
The collaboration seeked to significantly reduce CO2 emissions associated with matchday travel. It underlines the important role of sustainable mobility in sports events, especially those drawing massive crowds.
