Sustainable Ecosystem

The technological structure presented by Enel X Way allows “green” recharging, thanks to the renewable energy provided by the innovative 3Sun photovoltaic panels.

3Sun‘s high-performance photovoltaic panels are a truly unique innovation. This technology from the heart of the so-called “Etna Valley“, at the 3Sun Gigafactory, will reach a production capacity of 3 GW per year by 2024 thanks to further expansion.

Renewable energy is vital to provide the supply needed to drive sustainable mobility to higher levels, meeting an ever-increasing demand.

Waypark Micro has been conceived not only to support low-scale mobility, but also to minimize the “abandonment” of these vehicles on pedestrian routes.

It is a solution that provides power and space for all smaller modes of transportation that are regularly used on a daily basis.

Ideal Scenario

Enel X Way took advantage of a unique electromobility space to present its new and technological solution.

It was at the last stage of the Giro-E held in Rome, where the company unveiled the Waypark Micro.

The Italian group emphasizes that this innovation allows a lower environmental impact and supports mobility, reducing harmful emissions related to public and private transport and limits the dispersion of electric vehicles on pedestrian paths, offering dedicated charging stations.
