INVEST IN LATAM S.A.\u00a0\u00a0presents its user policy which should be reviewed by all clients and visitors, referring to the service use, network and\/or systems or programs (\u201cServices\u201d) property of\u00a0INVEST IN LATAM S.A.<\/p>\n

READ CAREFULLY THIS USER POLICY BEFORE USING THIS SERVICE. By using the site of\u00a0INVEST IN LATAM S.A.\u00a0\u00a0you accept this user policy. If you don\u2019t accept those terms don\u2019t use the site of\u00a0INVEST IN LATAM S.A.\u00a0\u00a0.\u00a0INVEST IN LATAM S.A.\u00a0\u00a0reserves the right, to its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove parts of the present terms in every moment. The subscriber should check regularly if those terms have changed. The continued use of the site of\u00a0INVEST IN LATAM S.A.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0after the implementation of changes to the present terms will imply the acceptation of those changes.<\/p>\n

Sale Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

Process:<\/strong>\u00a0The client must register for the event of interest through the Energyear website. Registrations come directly to the email\u00a0i<\/a>nfo@latamobility.com<\/a>\u00a0where they will be processed and will be confirmed by email.<\/p>\n

The client won\u2019t be registered until registration and payment have been processed. Once done a registration confirmation will be sent. All registrations not paid within a delay of 5 days will be cancelled. If during the day of the event the client payment hasn\u2019t been processed the client won\u2019t be allowed to attend the event.<\/p>\n

Payments\u00a0<\/strong>can be made via our virtual TPV provided by PayU using Visa and MasterCard or via bank transfer to the specified account or Paypal.<\/p>\n

Return Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

The client can claim a payment return for his registration according to the following terms and conditions:<\/p>\n

Cancellations must be notified by writing an email to\u00a0i<\/a>nfo@latamobility.com<\/a>\u00a0. We won\u2019t accept cancellations notified via other means. In this email the client has to indicate all the registration data including name, surname, date, contact information and bank account number BIC\/IBAN\/SWIFT<\/p>\n
