This was reported by the <strong><em>Electric Vehicles Brazilian Association<\/em><\/strong> (ABVE) detailing that <strong>6,391 units were marketed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comparing the figures with August, where <strong>4,249 cars were sold, this represents a 50.41% increase.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read also: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/latamobility.com\/en\/mexico-and-the-united-states-to-present-advances-in-electromobility-at-cop27\/\"><strong>Mexico and the United States to Present Advances in Electromobility at COP27<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-data-by-line-item\">Data by Line Item<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>ABVE <\/strong>report details that from January to September of this year, the number of 34,203 electrified vehicles has already been reached. Therefore, if a comparison is made in the same period considering the accumulated 2021, there is <strong>an increase of 41.61%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Plug-in hybrids<\/strong> reached the mark of 2,442 units sold, representing 38.21% in the monthly total. For their part, flexible plug-in hybrids registered 31.73% of market sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As regards 100% electric vehicles, sales totaled 22.55%, while gasoline hybrids contributed 8%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Grafica-LM-9-ingles-post-1024x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14411\" srcset=\"https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Grafica-LM-9-ingles-post-1024x1024.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Grafica-LM-9-ingles-post-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Grafica-LM-9-ingles-post-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Grafica-LM-9-ingles-post-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Grafica-LM-9-ingles-post-600x600.jpg 600w, https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Grafica-LM-9-ingles-post-100x100.jpg 100w, https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Grafica-LM-9-ingles-post.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-incentives-and-charging-infrastructure\"><strong>Incentives and Charging Infrastructure<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the Brazilian automobile association, the increase in sales of low-emission cars was due to several factors, such as greater awareness of the technology among the public, greater supply of models, expansion of the charging infrastructure and tax incentives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They cited the case of the city of <strong>S\u00e3o Paulo<\/strong>, which significantly reduces taxes for the purchase of cars with electric innovations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With regard to energy supply points, <strong>ABVE<\/strong> <strong>estimates that 2,862 public and semi-public electric stations will be created in Brazil in the coming years<\/strong>. S\u00e3o Paulo is the city with the highest percentage, with 45.6%, followed by Rio Grande do Sul, with 10%, and Santa Catarina, with 7.7%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-brands-ranking\">Brands Ranking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The report presented by the Association also highlights the ranking of the models with the highest sales.
