As part of its roadmap, which calls for more than half of its sales to be electric vehicles from 2025, and more than 80% by 2030, Porsche presented its Premium Electric Platform (PPE).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Designed between Porsche <\/strong>and Audi<\/strong>, the tool offers great advantages. The versatility of the new architecture in terms of wheelbase, track width and ground clearance, allows its adaptation to a wide variety of models in different segments. This flexibility, at the same time, allows the brand to retain a strong, independent character in its new vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The first Porsche <\/strong>based on the PPE platform will be the fully electrified Macan<\/strong>. With its 800-volt system, its powerful state-of-the-art electric motor and its battery and charge management, this car offers the performance characteristic of the brand’s E-Performance models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
