In addition, a few days ago the <a href=\"https:\/\/latamobility.com\/en\/evergo-to-invest-10-million-to-install-500-chargers-in-paraguay\/\"><strong>Evergo group announced the installation of chargers<\/strong><\/a> and now <strong>a cooperation with Taiwan is emerging to assemble electrified cars<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Ministry of Industry and Commerce of Paraguay together with the embassy of the Asian nation presented a series of meetings with businessmen to carry out the initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-consultancy-stage\"><strong>Consultancy Stage<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A knowledge transfer stage is currently being developed with academic experts from Taiwan to elaborate <strong>an industrial development policy and there is interest from businessmen from this country to make investments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The purpose of the meeting is to initiate conversations to link businessmen from both countries in the project, said the Taiwanese ambassador, <strong>Jos\u00e9 Han<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The long-term plan has the interest of the Paraguayan private sector present, while the program for the development of electromobility in public transportation continues to be elaborated, in a cooperation between Taiwan, the MIC and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Related content:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/latamobility.com\/en\/evergo-to-invest-10-million-to-install-500-chargers-in-paraguay\/\"><strong>Evergo to Invest $10 Million to Install 500 Chargers in Paraguay<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-transportation-units\"><strong>Transportation Units<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The presentation of <strong>opportunities for the assembly of electric buses between Paraguay and Taiwan<\/strong> was in charge of the General Director of Industrial Policy, <strong>An\u00edbal Gim\u00e9nez Kullak<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The meeting was also attended by the Vice Minister of Industry of the MIC, <strong>Francisco Ruiz D\u00edaz<\/strong>, together with Ambassador Han and authorities of the MIC and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.<br><br>Ambassador Han expressed that it is a great satisfaction to be part of this initiative. &#8220;We have been working closely with the MIC and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the objective of further strengthening our economic relations. <strong>We are confident that in the future this relationship will accelerate<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He indicated that <strong>Taiwan&#8217;s investment in Paraguay should be something more impactful to take advantage not only of the geographical location, but also of the energy factor and tax condition<\/strong>s.<br><br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Paraguayan government, in partnership with the private sector and multinational companies, is developing various initiatives to promote the transition to electric mobility.
