Tesla’s announcement confirming the construction project of its plant in the State of Nuevo Leon represents a turning point on the road to the massification of electromobility in Mexico and Latin America<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Through public-private agreements and the implementation of incentives, large automotive manufacturers see Mexico <\/strong>as fertile territory for the production of low-emission vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In this sense, Mexico’s Foreign Minister Marcelo Ebrard<\/strong> assured that the construction of a Tesla plant, as well as other investments, will help accelerate the transition to electromobility in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n During his participation in the “Raisina Dialogue, Rhythm of the Left: Understanding Latin America’s Choices”<\/strong>, in India, he stated that accelerating electromobility and the energy transition is a top priority for Mexico, because everything is changing faster than planned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
