The city aspires to be certified as an <strong>Intelligent Tourism Destination<\/strong> (ITD), where development is planned through aspects of governance, innovation, technology, sustainability and accessibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to figures from the Mayor&#8217;s Office of Medell\u00edn, during 2022, <strong>approximately 1,400,000 people visited the city<\/strong>, 200,000 more than projected by the authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the key aspects for a city to be attractive not only for those who live there, but also for foreign visitors, are the mobility options and public transportation. For this reason, <strong>Metro de Medell\u00edn<\/strong>, a reference system in the metropolis, carries out several actions to provide an optimal service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thinking about the needs of tourists and seeing this business opportunity in alliance with the company Turibus, which has more than 20 years of experience in the sector, the <strong>Metro Go<\/strong> brand was created to offer tourist plans in the city. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this sense, <strong>Metro <\/strong>will provide its facilities for commercialization and the partner will be in charge of the operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read also:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/latamobility.com\/en\/yutong-electric-buses-with-yess-technology-in-mexico-city\/\"><strong>Yutong Electric Buses with YESS Technology in Mexico City<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-does-it-work\"><strong>How does it Work?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tourist packages will be available for purchase at the <strong>Tourist Information Point <\/strong>established by <strong>Metro<\/strong>.
