BYD <\/strong>has a strong presence in the heavy vehicle market in Latin America. In Colombia<\/strong>, the Chinese multinational is the leader in electric buses in Colombia, with more than 1,550 units operating in different mass transit systems<\/strong>, most of them in Transmilenio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition, the Asian manufacturer has a fleet of around one hundred electric cabs and special service vehicles in operation for more than 10 years, with an average of 600,000 kilometers per vehicle<\/strong>, as well as passenger vehicles and forklifts portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To consolidate these figures, BYD is extending its sustainable mobility offer to cargo transportation with three new truck references available for the Colombian market<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
