In Mexico, the manufacturer launched an innovative vehicle with its &#8220;Blade&#8221; battery production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.byd.com\/es-es\/car\/dolphin\"><strong>BYD Dolphin<\/strong><\/a>, whose &#8220;battery&#8221; is made up of sheets that have the particularity that in the event of an impact or penetration, they do not cause combustion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The car has a <strong>70 kW electric motor, equivalent to 93 horsepower. The machine is located in the front area, as if it were a vehicle with a combustion engine. Its battery bank is 44.9 kWh of lithium-ferrophosphate. With this configuration it has a range of 405 kilometers.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-features\"><strong>Features<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The new <strong>BYD <\/strong>model in Mexico is part of a family of vehicles that the brand calls Ocean. That is why it has design elements reminiscent of dolphins and the sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It uses the E-<strong>platform 3.0, a development of the brand to offer greater safety and autonomy of New Energy Vehicles (NEV) at low temperatures, as well as an intelligent driving experience.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another of the great attributes that BYD Dolphin possesses is its interior space. It is 4.1 meters long, 1.7 meters wide and 1.5 meters high.
