The Congress of Nuevo Leon<\/strong> approved the integral reform of the Sustainable and Accessible Mobility Law for the state, in order to comply with the harmonization of the General Law of Mobility and Road Safety.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The regulation represents an important advance in the Mexican legal framework and implies the obligation to harmonize policies and regulations in this matter at the state level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The legislation approves that the State and municipalities give priority to pedestrians and drivers of non-motorized vehicles in the development of policies and public works.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n It also helps to promote sustainable mobility and the creation of a culture that encourages alternative means of transportation to the private automobile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n After the approval carried out in the Legislative branch, the Chamber of the Transformation Industry of Nuevo Leon, acknowledged the work carried out over several months by the Mobility Commission of the Congress -presided by Congresswoman Lorena de la Garza-, who carried out work tables and consultation forums, receiving ideas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n “With this reform, Nuevo Le\u00f3n is once again at the forefront, guaranteeing as a priority the right of people to mobility, road safety, as well as the logistical facility for the transportation of goods and products for the population,” <\/strong>Caintra said in a statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\nGood Reception<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
