Asian companies continue to see Mexico <\/strong>as a great market to invest and explore business opportunities to promote electromobility in Latin America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In this sense, Posco International Mexico E-Mobility invested 100 million dollars in a plant located in the “Chuy Mar\u00eda” Industrial Park in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n According to Modern Machine Shop Mexico<\/strong>, the company produces motor cores for electric vehicles and is expected to generate more than 200 direct jobs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Jeong Tak, Posco’s President<\/strong>, thanked the government of Coahuila and the municipality of Ramos Arizpe for their support to consolidate this project, and asked them for support to continue with the investment process in the next stage of the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The executive highlighted the strategic location of Saltillo and Ramos Arizpe, as well as their logistical advantages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For his part, the Korean Ambassador, Tae Wan Heo<\/strong>, assured that the economic relationship between Korea and Mexico is becoming more and more consolidated, and expressed his gratitude to the state of Coahuila and Ramos Arizpe for their invaluable support in the construction process of Posco.<\/p>\n\n\n\nPublic-private Partnership<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
