The government of the State of Mexico is planning the construction of Line 3 of Mexicable, with the aim of improving mobility for the large number of inhabitants. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n By the end of 2023, Daniel Sibaja<\/strong>, Head of the State Government’s Mobility Secretariat, introduced the Colibr\u00ed Sustainable Mobility Plan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The program includes ten priority actions to build a more efficient mobility for all citizens of the State of Mexico, especially those who live in the most populated municipalities that commute to the capital on a daily basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Read also:<\/strong> Mexico Advances in Legislation to Promote Sustainable Mobility<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n The strategy contains 10 actions to improve mobility in the State of Mexico, such as the anti-corruption line “El Colibri<\/strong>“; and Traslado Seguro<\/strong>, which will seek to carry out operations in conjunction with the Secretariat of Security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Likewise, he proposes the transformation of public transportation to set up regional work tables with concessionaires, with the objective of establishing a dialogue and participation of transportation operators in the State of Mexico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Another measure is to have a single Mexican mobility card to standardize payment for all Mexicable and Mexibus lines<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It contemplates a new Mexicable in Naucalpan and the implementation of the Metromex<\/strong>, where the construction of works for the benefit of the Metropolitan Zone of the Valley of Mexico and Toluca is planned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Latam Mobility<\/strong>, Latin America’s largest sustainable mobility community, will arrive in Monterrey on February 8<\/strong> with the “North America Mobility and Net Zero Summit 2024”.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n The meeting will bring together industry leaders, major automotive manufacturers and prominent public sector representatives, who will offer perspectives and projects on sustainable mobility in Mexico and the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
