This makes the payback time for selecting an IE5 motor over an IE3 motor often less than a year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8220;Reliability is improved by highly efficient cooling combined with the cool SynRM rotor and cooling ribs in the bearing assembly, which reduces the operating temperature of the bearings.
