{"id":29679,"date":"2024-03-06T05:05:00","date_gmt":"2024-03-06T10:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/latamobility.com\/?p=29679"},"modified":"2024-03-05T17:15:11","modified_gmt":"2024-03-05T22:15:11","slug":"enel-x-signs-agreement-with-petrobras-for-charging-stations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/latamobility.com\/en\/enel-x-signs-agreement-with-petrobras-for-charging-stations\/","title":{"rendered":"Enel X Signs Agreement with Petrobras for Charging Stations"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Enel X and Petrobras Chile <\/strong>signed an agreement that will allow the implementation of different public fast-charging points in Petrobras&#8217; service station network throughout the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Petrobras has two service stations with operational fast-charging points and around 24 service stations that are in the execution stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the long-term goals, it is expected <strong>to have at least 150 service stations with public charging points by 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"556\" height=\"304\" src=\"https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/ENEL-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-29673\" style=\"width:730px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/ENEL-1.png 556w, https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/ENEL-1-300x164.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 556px) 100vw, 556px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Photo: Enel X <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Related content: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/latamobility.com\/en\/tesla-arrives-in-colombia\/\"><strong>Tesla Arrives in Colombia<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-strengthening-relationships\"><strong>Strengthening relationships<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>According to data reviewed in <em>Revista Chile<\/em>, as part of the agreement, during 2023, <strong>13 Charging Hubs were incorporated throughout the country<\/strong>, which have three charging points available, with a power of 22 kW and 60 Kw, providing a wide charging alternative to electric vehicle users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The alliance between both companies considers the incorporation, by 2024, of <strong>more than 7 Charging Hubs, <\/strong>which can charge up to 150 kW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Carlos Larra\u00edn<\/strong>, General Manager of <strong>Esmax<\/strong>, <strong>Petrobras<\/strong>&#8216; licensee in Chile, said that more than 10 years ago, <strong>Petrobras Chile<\/strong> was the first to inaugurate a charging point to promote electromobility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Today we are committing to encourage fast-charging points all over Chile, from Arica to Tierra del Fuego, because <strong>our goal is to be close to the communities all over the country, to promote electromobility and clean energies<\/strong>, to reduce the carbon footprint, and to make our service stations a meeting point for the community,&#8221;<strong> <\/strong>he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For his part, <strong>Enel X<\/strong>&#8216;s Electric Mobility Manager for Latin America,<strong> Jean Paul Zalaquett<\/strong>, highlighted that each of the electric chargers that are being incorporated in the country with strategic alliances such as the one with <strong>Petrobras<\/strong>, bring us <strong>closer to the goal of having 1,200 chargers installed by 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;We are committed to<strong> having electric chargers every 60 kilometers<\/strong> and agreements like today&#8217;s contribute to reaching that goal and connecting the entire country through electromobility,&#8221; he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-latam-mobility-in-chile\"><strong>Latam Mobility in Chile<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In August,<strong> Latam Mobility<\/strong>, the largest sustainable mobility community in Latin America, will once again arrive in <strong>Santiago de Chile<\/strong> for its 2024 meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It will be two days that will bring together the most prominent industry leaders, along with public sector personalities, to offer their perspectives on advances in sustainable mobility, electromobility and sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More information about the meeting and participation <a href=\"https:\/\/live.eventtia.com\/es\/latammobilityconosur2024\/HOME\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Enel X and Petrobras Chile signed an agreement that will allow the implementation of different public fast-charging points in Petrobras&#8217; service station network throughout the country.
