JAC <\/strong>presented its new line of electric vehicles in Chile. According to a report from Chileautos <\/em>there are three models for three different segments: the city car e-JS1, the SUV e-JS4 and the commercial vehicle (cargo van) Refine Cargo EV.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For all vehicles in this line, the brand includes the travel charging cable and the type 2 AGBT cable, in addition to a three-year warranty or 100,000 kilometers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The e-JS1 city car has an engine powered by a 31.4 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery, which gives it a range of up to 302 kilometers in NEDC cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“This propellant generates a maximum power of 45 kW and a maximum torque of 150 newton meters of torque, which allows it to accelerate from 0 to 50 km\/h in 5 seconds and reach a top speed of 102 km\/h, while the battery recharging process takes five hours with alternating current (15%-100%) and 42 minutes with a direct current system (30%-80%)”,<\/strong> Chileautos details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

JS4 Presentation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The electric version of the JS4 is equipped with an electric motor powered by a 55 kWh lithium-ferrophosphate battery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It reaches up to 385 kilometers (NEDC cycle) of autonomy, has a recharge time of less than 9.5 hours with an alternating current system (15%-100%) and less than 45 minutes with a direct current system (30%-80%).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The motor generates a maximum power and torque of 142 kW and 340 newton meters of torque respectively, allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 50 km\/h in just 3.5 seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

JAC’s new electric range is already available in Chile, and the list price for the e-JS1 city car is $15,990,000, while for the e-JS4 SUV it is $28,990,000, both including VAT.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
