Electric vehicle charger company Wallbox received a $5.2 million tax credit from the U.S. Department of Energy to expand its plant in Arlington, Texas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n With this funding, the company plans to create new electric charger assembly lines and a validation laboratory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n According to an Energy Newspaper<\/em> report, Wallbox expects the plant’s capacity to exceed one million chargers per year by 2030 and, at the end of the expansion, to be able to produce its full range of charging solutions designed for the North American market.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
