Autel Energy<\/strong> announced that its charging station management system (CSMS) achieved OCPP 2.0.1<\/strong> certification from the Open Charge Alliance (OCA), marking a step forward in the company’s commitment to advance the interoperability and security of electric vehicle charging solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OCPP 2.0.1, the latest version of the Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP)<\/strong> released by OCA in 2020, is the globally recognized standard for effective communication between charging stations and charging station management software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The protocol provides advanced smart charging capabilities and enhanced control functions for utilities, charge point operators (CPOs) and electric vehicle owners.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To date, only 14 companies worldwide<\/strong> have earned this prestigious certification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Autel Energy’s<\/strong> CSMS successfully completed the OCPP 2.0.1<\/strong> core and advanced security profiles, demonstrating robust security measures and seamless interoperability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, Autel details in a press release<\/strong> that it has completed development of the remaining six OCPP 2.0.1<\/strong> profiles and is poised to achieve full certification as soon as OCA opens the certification process for these profiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
