The “Latam Mobility: Brazil 2024<\/strong>” served as a platform for the presentation entitled “Brazil’s Role in the Development of Electromobility in Latin America<\/strong>“, given by the president of the Brazilian Association of Electric Vehicles<\/strong> (ABVE), Ricardo Bastos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The executive began his presentation by indicating that ABVE <\/strong>has the challenge of supporting the development of sustainable mobility in Brazil from all sectors and in a qualitative way. “We do not have only automobile or auto parts manufacturers, but also the entire chain that is involved<\/strong>, including companies that are using electrification in their business.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“ABVE <\/strong>is structured to interact with a universe of companies: large, medium, small, start-ups, multinationals, and national<\/strong>. We do this in working groups, which include everyone with an interest in each segment. In addition, we have 30 members on the board of directors who are responsible for coordinating these thematic groups, which today have 124 members participating”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
