To foster transparency and accelerate information exchange, the Ministry of Transport of Brazil<\/a><\/strong> enacted Ordinance No. 595\/2024, resulting from a collaboration with the National Department of Transport Infrastructure (DNIT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n The new regulation sets guidelines for information exchange between agencies, facilitating the monitoring of works and project<\/strong>s. It also reinforces the Ministry\u2019s open data policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n According to Gabriela Avelino, Undersecretary of Development and Planning at the Ministry of Transport, <\/strong>the new directive will allow for strategic use of data to make more accurate decisions.
