With the goal of promoting sustainable mobility, Codelco<\/strong> presented a new batch of electric vehicles in Chile, specifically by adding 65 buses to its Ramiro Tomic Division<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This division is located in the north of Calama<\/strong>, Antofagasta Region<\/strong>, and is part of the plan to transport about 800 workers from the Regional Directorate of Transport and Communications<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n “We have added 250 electric buses to the company, which make up the largest fleet of these vehicles in the national mining industry and are part of making our purpose a reality: we want to be a pillar of sustainable development for Chile and the world,” said<\/strong> Rub\u00e9n Alvarado<\/strong>, CEO of Codelco.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
