She also promised to build <strong>two new Metrobus lines<\/strong>, improve <strong>fast lanes of Circuito Interior and Periferico<\/strong>, and expand the <strong>bicycle lane network<\/strong> by 300 additional kilometers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brugada also announced the construction of <strong>a second-floor pedestrian walkway with free use of bicycles and green areas<\/strong>, connecting <strong>Taxque\u00f1a to the Historic Center<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding <strong>water<\/strong>, the new mayor emphasized that <strong>\u201csolutions will be sought to guarantee the human right to water, and we will change the water management model to achieve water sustainability\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Clara Brugada, the new Mayor of Mexico City (CDMX), made a series of commitments to the people of Mexico City on issues such as water supply, electromobility, and citizen security during her inauguration.
