It includes full vehicle services and will be used to operate in the <strong>Red de Transporte de Pasajeros (RTP)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Mayor of the capital, <strong>Mart\u00ed Batres<\/strong>, highlighted that the new units are <strong>the first electric units of RTP<\/strong> and add to the <strong>wide range of electrified transport<\/strong> in Mexico City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>You may also read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/latamobility.com\/en\/watts-by-vemo-the-app-to-recharge-your-electric-vehicle-in-mexico\/\">WATTS by VEMO: The app to recharge your electric vehicle in Mexico<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-inclusion-and-service\"><strong>Inclusion and Service<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>With these trucks, public transportation becomes a <strong>\u201cvery high quality\u201d<\/strong> service, explained Batres on his last day as head of the local government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"572\" src=\"https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Bus-3-1024x572.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-41201\" srcset=\"https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Bus-3-1024x572.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Bus-3-300x168.jpg 300w, https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Bus-3-768x429.jpg 768w, https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Bus-3.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe buses are super comfortable, they fit <strong>90 people<\/strong>, they have <strong>exclusive spaces for women<\/strong>, for people with <strong>visual or motor disabilities<\/strong>, and they have <strong>exclusive spaces for senior citizens<\/strong> and other seats in general,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This fleet of <strong>50 buses<\/strong> will offer service on route <strong>34 A<\/strong>, which runs from <strong>Balderas to Santa Fe<\/strong>, as well as on route <strong>57<\/strong>, which runs from <strong>Metro Constituci\u00f3n de 1917 to Cuatro Caminos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Likewise, the <strong>Loading Center<\/strong> for these new buses was inaugurated in a rehabilitated space in the <strong>Azcapotzalco<\/strong> district, which was formerly used for streetcars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The general director of the RTP, <strong>Sergio Osorio Romero<\/strong>, explained that this center houses a <strong>medium voltage electricity transformation system<\/strong>, with <strong>two 3,000 kilowatt transformers<\/strong>, as well as a low voltage network that feeds <strong>25 chargers<\/strong> that will power the buses to achieve an <strong>autonomy of up to 300 kilometers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-latam-mobility-in-mexico-2024\"><strong>Latam Mobility in Mexico 2024<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<strong>\u201cLatam Mobility &amp; NetZero Mexico\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;in&nbsp;<strong>Mexico City<\/strong>&nbsp;will bring together the most important companies and leaders in energy, transport, fuels, and mobility to showcase advancements and prospects in the industry in the country, the&nbsp;<strong>U.S.<\/strong>, and the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/latam-green.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/LM-Mexico.jpg\" alt=\"M\u00e9xico\" class=\"wp-image-26421\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The summit will feature a series of panels and thematic presentations playing a key role in advancing&nbsp;<strong>sustainable mobility<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>decarbonization<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>circular economy<\/strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>renewable energies<\/strong>, as well as notable networking opportunities for forming key alliances on the path to zero emissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event will take place from&nbsp;<strong>October 15 to 16<\/strong>&nbsp;at the&nbsp;<strong>World Trade Center<\/strong>&nbsp;in&nbsp;<strong>CDMX, Mexico<\/strong>.
