Students from Chihuahua, Mexico<\/strong>, will be part of a training program<\/strong> in Taiwan<\/strong> that will enable them to acquire advanced technical knowledge<\/strong> in key industrial sectors such as semiconductors<\/strong>, electromobility<\/strong> and automation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, the delegation<\/strong> will have the opportunity to obtain cultural and language training<\/strong> that will help them to immediately integrate into Taiwanese investments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program called \u201cTrain the trainers\u201d<\/strong> was signed through a strategic alliance<\/strong> between the Secretariat of Innovation and Economic Development (SIDE)<\/strong> and the Institute for the Support of Technological Development (Inadet)<\/strong>, with the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI)<\/strong> of Taiwan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Program Details<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

According to a Mexico Industry<\/strong> publication, the project was finalized during a working tour of Taiwan<\/strong> by Maru Campos<\/strong>, Governor of Chihuahua<\/strong>, who together with a delegation<\/strong> visited Wistron<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wistron<\/strong>, which employs more than 2,000 people<\/strong> in Ciudad Juarez<\/strong>, has 3 plants<\/strong> that manufacture electronic tablets<\/strong>, notebooks<\/strong> and data storage systems<\/strong>, with high-level clients that include Amazon Web Services<\/strong>, META<\/strong> and NVIDIA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Afterwards, they visited Inventec<\/strong>, which has invested 300 million dollars<\/strong> in Ciudad Juarez<\/strong> in the last 4 years<\/strong> for the production of tablets<\/strong>, vehicle components<\/strong> and computers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is worth mentioning that this organization<\/strong> is a supplier of companies such as Acer<\/strong>, Toshiba<\/strong>, Tesla<\/strong> and Siemens<\/strong>, among others. Sam Yeh<\/strong>, chairman of the company<\/strong>, acted as host and presented its innovation and growth projects worldwide<\/strong>–<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Latam Mobility’s Impact on Mexico and the Region<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After a successful 2024 tour<\/strong>, Latam Mobility<\/strong> is consolidating its position as the most important sustainable mobility community<\/strong> in Latin America<\/strong>, by generating synergy<\/strong> between the actors involved in order to massively decarbonize<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
