Monterrey<\/strong> and the company specialized in <strong>freight infrastructure<\/strong>, <strong>Aleatica<\/strong>, presented the main findings of a <strong>multi-sector collaborative effort<\/strong>, in which more than <strong>35 business leaders<\/strong>, <strong>civil society organizations<\/strong>, <strong>transportation associations<\/strong>, and <strong>road infrastructure operators<\/strong> participated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The objective was to reflect on the actions needed to promote <strong>sustainable road mobility<\/strong> and to guide the sector&#8217;s <strong>decision makers<\/strong> in the adoption of <strong>Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)<\/strong> criteria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>You may also read:<\/strong> <a <strong>challenges<\/strong> identified, a <strong>roadmap<\/strong> was built to guide with recommendations and examples of actions to those sectors where <strong>road infrastructure<\/strong> is key to their business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The approach has three essential components, such as <strong>self-diagnosis<\/strong>, to evaluate the level of preparedness of companies to adopt <strong>ESG<\/strong> practices as an integral part of their business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>It also includes <strong>strategies<\/strong> to enhance the company&#8217;s capabilities by taking advantage of the <strong>areas of opportunity<\/strong> identified in the <strong>self-diagnosis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, it highlights the <strong>generation of shared value<\/strong> under <strong>ESG<\/strong> criteria for the various <strong>users<\/strong> and <strong>stakeholders<\/strong> of the <strong>road mobility infrastructure sector<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the presentation, <strong>Vanessa Silveyra<\/strong>, <strong>Aleatica&#8217;s Global Director of Sustainability<\/strong> and <strong>Customer Service<\/strong>, emphasized that this analysis represents an <strong>unprecedented exercise<\/strong> for the <strong>road infrastructure sector<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She pointed out that this collaboration seeks to highlight that the <strong>transition<\/strong> to a more <strong>sustainable model<\/strong> is not the responsibility of a single entity or sector, but a <strong>collective effort<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jos\u00e9 Antonio Torre<\/strong>, <strong>Director of the Center for the Future of Cities<\/strong>, highlighted the importance of <strong>multi-sectoral collaboration<\/strong> to address <strong>mobility challenges<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
