However, despite this growth, data indicates that between 13 and 13.6 million new cars will hit the streets between 2022 and 2025. Citing a Bloomberg <\/em>study<\/a><\/strong>, the projection for electrified vehicles is expected to rise from 2% to 4% by 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Given these statistics<\/strong>, the charging infrastructure industry must seize the opportunities to continue growing and developing the charging sector, which is crucial for the success of green energy in the region.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To meet the upcoming demand, experts in the sector assert that between 400,000 and 800,000 charging points<\/strong> need to be installed across Latin America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each electric vehicle owner creates the need for 1.5 charging points <\/strong>to keep their car’s battery charged wherever they go, such as supermarkets, malls, workplaces, schools, and other daily routine locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leaving home with a fully charged electric vehicle<\/strong> provides peace of mind, and being able to recharge at night to balance electricity costs is a perfect combination that will be key to the success of electrified vehicle mobility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
