In this sense, and within the framework of the \u201c<strong>Chihuahua Charging Forward<\/strong>\u201d project, members of the <strong>private industry<\/strong>, <strong>academia<\/strong>, <strong>government<\/strong>, and <strong>non-profit organizations<\/strong> met at the <strong>Technology Hub of Juarez<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event was organized by <strong>Frente Norte<\/strong>, the <strong>William Davidson Institute of the University of Michigan<\/strong>, and the <strong>Government of the State of Chihuahua<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event presented information on the progress of <strong>electromobility<\/strong> in <strong>Mexico<\/strong> and the world, as well as innovation in <strong>electric vehicles<\/strong> and the development of technology at a global level, considering economic and accessibility factors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>You may also read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/latamobility.com\/en\/mexico-7-out-of-10-electric-vehicles-are-produced-in-coahuila\/\">Mexico: 7 out of 10 Electric Vehicles are Produced in Coahuila<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"572\" src=\"https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Carro-1024x572.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-43188\" srcset=\"https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Carro-1024x572.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Carro-300x168.jpg 300w, https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Carro-768x429.jpg 768w, https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Carro.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The issue of <strong>charging centers<\/strong> continues to be a pending issue in the development of <strong>electric mobility<\/strong> in <strong>Mexico<\/strong> and the region. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, the materials used in this industry were discussed, as well as the advantages offered by the adoption of <strong>electromobility<\/strong> in terms of sustainability and efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also, one of the topics was related to a new commercialization collaboration, aimed at bringing innovations from the laboratory to the market, which is currently underway. Case studies of <strong>Chihuahua<\/strong> companies involved in the transition to <strong>electric mobility<\/strong> were shared. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The conference was led by <strong>Diana Paez<\/strong> and <strong>Dana Gorodetsky<\/strong> from the <strong>William Davidson Institute of Michigan<\/strong>, the latter highlighted that this project has been working since <strong>2021<\/strong> with the <strong>Secretariat of Innovation and Economic Development (SIDE)<\/strong>; with the <strong>Institute of Innovation and Competitiveness<\/strong> and <strong>Frente Norte<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-latam-mobility-in-the-region\"><strong>Latam Mobility in the Region<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After a successful&nbsp;<strong>2024 tour<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Latam Mobility<\/strong>&nbsp;consolidates itself as the most important&nbsp;<strong>sustainable mobility community<\/strong>&nbsp;in&nbsp;<strong>Latin America<\/strong>, by generating synergy among the actors involved to massify&nbsp;<strong>decarbonization<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Gira25-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42565\" srcset=\"https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Gira25-4.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Gira25-4-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/latamobility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Gira25-4-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In&nbsp;<strong>2025<\/strong>, the&nbsp;<strong>Invest In Latam<\/strong>&nbsp;network will continue its impact in the region with confirmed meetings in&nbsp;<strong>Colombia<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Brazil<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Chile<\/strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>Mexico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Learn more about our events and join as an&nbsp;<strong>agent of change<\/strong>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/wa.link\/zig4g5\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The state of Chihuahua, Mexico, is moving forward with initiatives to promote electromobility.
