Closing out 2024, the Porsche Center Puerto Rico<\/strong> hosted its “T\u00e9cnico por un D\u00eda”<\/strong> program, aimed at students from the Racing Engineering College<\/strong> at the University of Puerto Rico, Mayag\u00fcez Campus (RUM).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main goal of this activity was to provide over 60 aspiring engineers with a hands-on experience in hybrid and electric vehicle technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the event, Porsche AG-certified technicians<\/strong> delivered an in-depth overview of the differences between conventional hybrid and plug-in vehicles, as well as the basics of these technologies and the transition toward fully electric cars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students had the chance to work directly with Porsche equipment and workstations<\/strong>, engaging with detailed presentations on electric motors and gaining a deeper understanding of the components and operation of advanced propulsion systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
