The City of S\u00e3o Paulo has reinforced its commitment to clean mobility by adding 115 electric buses to its public transportation system<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This batch includes five units equipped with cutting-edge technology: intelligent security cameras integrated with the Smart Sampa<\/strong> program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n With this addition, the city now operates a total of 728 electric vehicles<\/strong>, 527 of which are battery-powered. This technology will enable:<\/p>\n\n\n\n The total investment for this fleet renewal reached R242 million (approximately $45 million), funded through subsidies. All vehicles come equipped with modern amenities including air conditioning, USB ports, and free Wi-Fi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n “We’re building a more humane and healthier city.
