Volvo <\/strong>has achieved a 26% reduction in carbon dioxide (CO2<\/sub>) emissions thanks to the expansion of its electric vehicle lineup, reaffirming the brand\u2019s commitment to sustainable mobility and a fossil-free future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Volvo EX30<\/strong> stands out as the company\u2019s most environmentally friendly model to date. According to its Life Cycle Assessment<\/strong> (LCA) report, the vehicle has a total carbon footprint of 23 tons per 200,000 km driven\u2014around 60% lower than that of the combustion-powered XC40.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This progress was made possible by incorporating recycled materials into the EX30: roughly 25% of its aluminum, 20% of its steel, and 17% of its plastic components are recycled<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
