Latam Mobility & Net Zero Brasil 2026 solidified itself as the most important gathering in the sector in Latin America. Over two consecutive days, the Transamérica Expo Center in São Paulo welcomed more than 1,000 attendees, including professionals from transportation, energy, logistics, technology, and the institutional environment.

The summit was organized with the support of multilateral organizations, industry associations, local and national governments, and multiple leading companies in electromobility, renewable energy, and infrastructure.

The event allowed for a deep dive into the challenges and opportunities of transport decarbonization in the region. Through multiple high-level panels and keynotes, national and international experts addressed topics such as public transport electrification, charging infrastructure, renewable energy integration, energy storage (BES) , battery management and circular economy, artificial intelligence, fleet logistics, and the role of smart cities in sustainable mobility.

Furthermore, at Latam Mobility Brasil 2026, participants discussed the regulatory framework and state policies needed for Brazil and Latin America to become a regional hub for energy and electrified mobility.

You may also be interested in | ABVE reveals at “Latam Mobility Brasil 2026” that the country surpassed 16.8% market share for electrified vehicles and projects over 300,000 units in 2026

One of the event’s biggest draws was the large exhibition hall and booths, where companies showcased their latest developments in electric vehicles, charging systems, batteries, and software and hardware solutions for fleet management.

Attendees were able to freely walk through the different commercial spaces and see firsthand the innovations that are already transforming heavy transport, last-mile logistics, and urban micromobility.

The booths displayed everything from ultra-fast chargers to storage systems, as well as live demonstrations of telematics and monitoring platforms that integrate artificial intelligence to optimize routes and reduce energy consumption.

There was also space for component suppliers and certification bodies, which explained safety and quality standards for batteries and connectors. The flow of attendees between booths generated intense commercial networking and led to multiple collaboration agreements between companies from different countries in the region.

The atmosphere of enthusiasm showed in every conversation: exhibitors highlighted the high technical level of visitors and the genuine business intent that characterized this edition. Attendees, for their part, appreciated the opportunity to compare solutions, get to know the equipment, and ask questions directly to specialists from each brand.

In addition to static exhibitions, the event offered a test drive area right at the venue, where industry professionals and the general public were able to test state-of-the-art electric vehicles in real driving conditions.

The circuit allowed participants to experience the acceleration, silence, smooth driving, and range of the newest models on the market.

Participants took guided tours that included light cars, light commercial vehicles, and micromobility solutions such as electric scooters and bikes. Many attendees had their first time behind the wheel of an electrified vehicle and expressed surprise at the performance and comfort.

The activity became a space for experiential learning, essential for breaking down myths and accelerating adoption of these technologies—both in corporate fleets and for personal use.

The test drive left a clear feeling: electric mobility is no longer a distant promise, but an available, competitive reality in full expansion in the country and the region.

At the end of the second day, the organizers gave a very positive assessment and thanked all the players who made the event possible.

First and foremost, the more than 1,000 attendees, whose active participation and enthusiasm filled every room, every booth, and every test track with energy. Also, the more than 50 panelists and speakers, who generously shared their knowledge and experience with a forward-looking vision.

Special thanks went to the exhibiting companies, who set up booths of high technical and commercial quality, and to the sponsors and collaborators of both days, whose support was fundamental to the logistical and operational success of the event.

The organizers invited the entire sustainable mobility community to meet again at the 2027 edition of Latam Mobility & Net Zero Brasil. “The path toward zero-emission transport is collective and requires the commitment of every link in the chain. See you next year to continue advancing together toward a cleaner, more efficient, and sustainable region,” they concluded.

The Latam Mobility 2026 Tour will continue in Medellín, Colombia, on June 10–11, and will later arrive in Santiago, Chile, on August 25, bringing together experts and strategic players to further strengthen the sustainable mobility ecosystem in the region.
